In the Daoist section, there are several energy circulation techniques, starting with the basic microcosmic circulation (moving Qi along the midline of the body). Tantric Buddhist Qigong uses energy circulation, mudras, mantras and body positions. There's a section on emitting and absorbing Qi, and learning to heal others. Finally training for martial arts is described.
