Misfortune,
this is a catastrophic blunder.
Using the mobilized army,
meant an eventual huge defeat.
This is regarded as misfortune for the ruler of one's state.
It results in that in ten years one is not able to go.

Failure is forcing one to return. This is the result of an undertaking that was a big mistake. It'll take quite some time to recover from this situation.
